Care & Safety Instructions

• Before going out, please make sure the lock buckle is properly closed.
• Do not use the wheels to cross stairs or steps, as this may cause danger, tipping, or damage to the carrier.
• Do not leave the carrier standing on its wheels on unstable surfaces to avoid accidental tipping.
• Do not lift the carrier by the pull handle.
• Do not press the telescopic button on the pull handle while the carrier is being moved.
• Do not expose the carrier to rain for long periods. The carrier is splash-resistant for normal accidental splashes, but it is not fully waterproof. If it gets wet, wipe it dry promptly with a dry towel to prevent water seepage.
• Keep the carrier away from high-temperature objects such as stoves, heaters, or warm air blowers to prevent deformation of the body or accessories.
• Do not wipe the carrier with corrosive liquids such as banana oil, petroleum-based liquids, or alcohol, as this may cause deformation or damage.
• Do not place the carrier in special environments such as strong acid or high humidity areas, as metal parts such as lock buckles may become damaged and affect normal use.
• For hygiene reasons and to protect customer rights, this product cannot be returned or exchanged after opening due to personal preference or similar reasons.

• The warranty only covers abnormal electrical functions, such as charging failure, indicator light failure, or fan malfunction.
• Cosmetic wear, external damage, and consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.
